Returns & Exchanges

At CULTIZM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; therefore, you can return any unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the completed return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return label (if applicable for your region) and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
