The Lot.742 Denim Work Jacket is inspired by the origins of American workwear during the Industrial Revolution of the 1860s-70s, when garments such as chore jackets and railroad jackets were developed to withstand heavy labor and support industrial growth. This jacket reinterprets that heritage through the lens of 1940s West Coast workwear design.

It features a relaxed, boxy silhouette with generous volume for ease of movement. Design details include two large home plate–shaped patch pockets, a stand collar, and reinforced double-needle chain-stitch construction at key stress points, emphasizing durability and functional design.

Crafted from 10oz denim woven with pure indigo warp and grey weft yarns, the fabric offers a muted indigo tone with a slightly rugged, vintage character. Iron donut buttons are used throughout, designed to age naturally alongside the fabric over time.
